Jamie has built her career helping companies strategize and execute their go-to-market motions, value messaging, and positioning. She leverages her 19+ years experience in the GTM effectiveness space to identify capability gaps and develop programs and approaches that drive revenue performance.

Jamie previously served in leadership roles in CEB/Gartner’s Sales Effectiveness Practice, where she was a main contributor to the publication of The Challenger Sale and The Challenger Customer books. She also helped to build out CEB’s professional services offerings focused on GTM transformations and value message creation. Jamie also launched BetterUp’s Sales Performance practice, an offering focused on driving sales excellence in both public and private companies.

Jamie grew up in Miami, FL and currently lives in Chicago, IL. She enjoys spending time with her family (especially her two nephews), traveling/planning her next trip, and rooting for Duke basketball. She is also attempting to master the art of cooking (results very mixed to date).
